Pindown Records is an independent music label dedicated to revolutionize African music in entirety and creating music and events.

Founded in 2005 by two brothers based in the United States just as the independent music scene was emerging, Pindown Records is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and is home to hip hop artist “CLENCH”, rap artist X-Caper, gospel artist Esther, and R&B artist PICCIBLE and Nephew.

People usually ask, “why is your label named Pindown?” So many however, understandably, connotes the name in a different way. And being the diligent and goal seeking people that we are it perfectly fits our crew.

Our name was dug out from an inveterate name and well represents a positive vision: the idea that a hard-earned success is “PRICELESS”
